Our Dorm Defense mattress protectors are designed for protection and comfort. While we strive for 100% waterproof effectiveness, performance depends on following the proper Care & Maintenance instructions (e.g., avoiding high heat during washing/drying).

In no event shall UStylishy or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. User-Generated Content & Conduct

By submitting testimonials, reviews, photos, or other content ("User Content") to UStylishy, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content for commercial and marketing purposes.

Prohibited Content: You are strictly prohibited from submitting material that is disrespectful, pornographic, or contains hate speech, racism, or discrimination of any kind.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to approve or reject any User Content at our sole discretion. Users who submit prohibited material or behave in a disrespectful manner may have their content rejected and their access to our platforms restricted.
